Homeowners in those communities ask us for backyard putting greens more than anything else, and we build them the way we build everything: 3 inches of excavation, a compacted granite base, and a PGA-tier surface that holds a true roll in salt air.

Yes, and we do often. Both communities have the flat, sandy lots that make for a clean base, and most greens there go in off the back patio or beside the pool. We can provide specs and photos for HOA review if you need them.

Yes. The turf we install is lead-free and non-toxic, there's no fertilizer, herbicide, or pesticide on it, ever, and the surface is softer and more consistent than patchy coastal grass. It's the same family of surfacing used on playgrounds.
