Less than you'd think — a well-designed green in the 200–400 sq ft range gives you real putting and chipping practice, and we've built terrific ones smaller. Bigger lots can carry multi-hole greens with fringe and bunker faces. We design to the space you have.
Absolutely — STI putting surfaces are built to receive chips and pitches like a real green, and we can add a fringe cut and dedicated chipping pad so you can practice the full short game, not just putts.
Each project is quoted individually — square footage, base prep, and turf grade drive the price, and greens price differently than lawns. The estimate is free either way, and there's no pressure attached to it.
